Ordering

Ordering from our site is simple - just browse our site adding the products you would like to buy to the cart and then press 'Checkout' to complete your purchase.

Product Availability

Although we try and keep the stock 100% correct 100% of the time, mistakes can happen and if once your order has been completed we find that we do not have the stock to complete it, we will get in touch with you and offer an alternative, if no alternative is available we can then offer a refund on the goods not available. We will endevour to find you your item from our various locations around the globe.

Pre Orders

Due to the high demand on our suits around the globe at present there is limited stock availability within the UK. Witht this said we still want our UK brothers and sisters to be able to order our suits so have opened up a Pre Order program. If the suit you would like is not currently in stock within the UK we can accept a pre order for it and bring it in from our sister companies in either the US or Australia (depending on stock availability in those countries).

The availability of the item will be clearly displayed above the 'Add to cart' button of each product and if not in stock, it will display 'Pre Order - See Below'. If this is shown, please check the 'Pre Order' tab below the product image for more detailed information on when the suit should be available.

Please note that shipping options with these suits references once the suit is within the UK and available to despatch, for example:
A pre ordered suit with UK Next Day shipping will mean that once the suit has been brought in from either the US or Australia it will be despatched on a UK Next Day service and NOT on a UK Next Day Service from US/Australia on the day of your order.  

'My Account'

You'll be asked for some basic information that is required for us to complete your order. This is the only secure way we are able to process your order. Your details are stored securely and are not passed on to any third party.

From your account you can view and manage your orders, view, edit and add new addresses or your personal information, you can also view any vouchers you have.

There are options in your account, in the personal information section where you can change your newsletter and contact settings.

Confirmation

Once your order has been placed, you should receive a confirmation of your order which is also sent to us. This does not mean a contract exists between us.
We have included this to protect us in the event that an item has been incorrectly described, priced, information is incorrect or we are unable to supply the goods for any reason. If in the case of an item being incorrectly priced, we reserve the right to contact you and inform you of the price increase or decrease, you can then decide to proceed with your order and the amendments or cancel your order.
In the event of an item being out of stock or unable to be supplied we also reserve the right to cancel your order and contact you accordingly with this reason.

Shipping & Handling

Once your order has been confirmed and accepted, we will then ship your order using the desired method. In some cases the option you have selected may not be suitable when shipping your order, this may be because of weight, the address, or courier disruptions on the day. If this occurs we will send your order using an alternative courier or postal option. There is usually no delay in processing orders once they have been accepted and orders are shipped within the day although orders may have to be handled the day after they have been received late in the day.

Please note that the message displayed when selecting your shipping method is a estimate of the time taken for transit once shipped and not a processing time. As mentioned above, orders are usually handled and shipped within the same day, although if the item ordered is not in stock, we will need to order it in from our US warehouse. Once arrived within the UK, the item will then be sent on the desired service and should be delivered within that timescale.

Tracking numbers are produced for all courier shipments and are updated on your account 'Orders' page once generated. (There is also a direct tracking link emailed to you).

Scottish Highland & Island and areas outside 'Mainland England' Information:

Scottish Highland Postcodes include: AB30-38, AB44-56, FK17-99, G83, IV1-18, IV30-39, IV52-54, IV63, KW1-14, PA21-33, PA34-40, PH18-26, PH30, PH31-41, PH49-50

Scottish Island Postcodes include: HS1-9, IV40-51, IV55-56, KA27-28, KW15-17, PA20, PA41-49, PA60-78, PH42-44, ZE1-3

Isle of Wight Postcodes include: PO30-41 (Use Scottish Highland option)

If your postcode is listed above, you will need to select either the Scottish Highlands or Scottish Islands option in 'State' when entering your address. If your postcode is not listed above, then you will need to select Scottish Mainland. We are unable to ship to addresses incorrectly entered and this may cause a delay in processing your order.

DSV European Surfboard Shipping

The prices shown for this option of shipping are a guideline only. Due to shipping rates into Europe fluctuating daily this price will be an approximate of what the charge will be. In most cases it will be correct, but in rare cases it may be lower and we will issue a refund, and in extreme rare cases it may be higher. If this is the case - we will advise you and ask for your decision to either approve the additional charge, or wait until the prices come back down (in some cases this has only taken one day).

We will do our best to get your board to you for a reasonable price. If you have any questions regarding European surfboards shipping please get in touch via our contact form.

Returns

If for any reason you are unhappy with your goods, you can return them within 7 days of the delivery date.
We can only accept goods that are in an unworn, unused condition with all tags still present. We also cannot accept goods if they have been in areas where pet hair or cigarette has been present.

It is your (the buyer's) responsibility to take good care of the goods until you are completly happy and also the costs involved returning them to us. We recommend using a signed for or traced postal service as we cannot be held responsible for lost returned goods.

Please do not return goods without contacting us first.

If a refund is required, we will; once your items are confirmed back into stock, start the refund process. We will process your refund as soon as we are able, but please note that this may take up to 14 days (2 working weeks) from when your items are back into stock due to internal processing.
(Please also note that this does not include the time it takes to re-stock your item).

Descriptions & Images

Although we try to describe the items on our site as best as we can, and show them with images; slight differences are possible especially with images. The colours shown on a computer monitor are not always as exact as the item in real life - this is due to the way different monitors handle colours. Although the difference is slight - please bear this in mind when viewing our website.

Free shipping offer is from 1800 on the 28th October 2011 to 2359 on the 30th October 2011 (GMT) and is to the value of £6 - UK Shipping. You are more than welcome to use this shipping discount for shipping to European or International destinations.
