SURFBOARD/ HARDWARE DELIVERY:

Due to the size of some of the hardware products that we stock we will ship these using the most appropriate Courier Service depending on the size of the item, and the delivery location. Whilst we make every effort to ship out hardware as soon as possible we do advise to allow between 1-2 weeks for delivery. 

We strongly advise all surfboards must be shipped in board bags to ensure safe delivery. If you choose to ship a surfboard without a board-bag we cannot guarantee safe delivery. All shipments are insured for the full amount through the chosen carrier. Any claims are subject to the policies of the insurer. Regardless of insurance the customer and courier must assume responsibility and accept full liability for any damages.

On receipt of your hardware delivery we strongly recommend that you unpack and inspect the product with the courier, before signing off the courier delivery. In the unlikely event of there being any damage please sign for the delivery and write 'damaged' and contact us on +44 (0) 1637 499230. If it is not possible to inspect the product before the courier driver leaves then please sign as “unchecked”, and in the unlikely event of you discovering a fault then please contact us immediately on +44 (0) 1637 499230.

We will contact you before shipping your surfboard to verify all shipping information. Please be sure to respond in a timely manner to any of our questions to ensure quick processing time for your order.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING FOR SURFBOARDS

Nineplus tries to use the best and most competitive carriers for each country to ship your surfboard. You will be notified before we ship your surfboard which carrier will be delivering your surfboard. All shipments are insured through the chosen carrier. Any claims are subject to the policies of the insurer.

APPAREL/ACCESSORY RETURN POLICY

If the product hasn't been used you can return it to us within 30 days of your purchase date. You can return items directly in store or if you are shipping the items back y ou must first call our office or email us so we know to expect the item(s) back. • Item(s) must be returned within 30 days.
• Item must be in new condition with all original tags.
• We will refund the cost of the item(s) and any tax if applicable. We do not refund the shipping fee.

• Customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

WETSUIT RETURN POLICY

Nineplus does not accept returns or exchanges on wetsuits that have been worn in the water. We ask that you please make sure the suit fits 100% correctly BEFORE getting into the water.

Nineplus reserves the right to refuse a refund/return if the items have any signs of wear, alterations, misuse or damage. The customer will be responsible for cost of return shipment if the return is refused.
